Home Energy Check

The Energy Saving Trust opens in a new window provide an Interactive Home Energy Check opens in a new window that provides an energy efficiency rating for your home and a personalised report to help you reduce your energy consumption and save up to £270 a year in your home.

Insulation

Heat escapes through the walls, floor, windows and roof of your home – click on the image to find out where exactly heat is escaping from your home.
You can improve the energy efficiency of your home by installing insulation or upgrading your heating system. Various types of insulation are available, including loft, cavity wall, solid wall and floor insulation.
You may be eligible for up to a 100% grant towards these technologies. If you are aged over 70 or in receipt of benefits you claim free loft and cavity wall insulation for your home.
