Help a child to thrive
Right now there are children and young people in Torbay who are going through difficult times and need stability in their lives. You can help make a real difference by fostering.
Torbay Council’s Foster Care Service is committed to finding safe places to stay for children who are not able to live with their birth parents. We recruit, assess and train foster carers, match foster carers with children, and support carers while they have a child in placement.
