Asset Rationalisation Project

At a meeting of Torbay Council’s Cabinet on 27 May 2008 the following plots of land and buildings were confirmed as no longer being required for service delivery. Torbay Council is calling for expressions of interest from Voluntary and Community Groups who might want to take over these assets for the benefit of their community. You must be, or be willing to become, a formally constituted group to apply.

Please outline the asset(s) you are interested in and the purpose for which you would like to take over this asset.

Applications will be assessed in accordance with Torbay Council’s Community Assets Transfer Policy approved by Cabinet on 27 May. This policy is available below. Full details of the policy, the application process and a toolkit to assist applicants will be sent to all groups in receipt of their expressions of interest.
