Best Value at its most basic, is the improvement of services to our customers. Whilst the Council must no longer carry out best value reviews the Council drives improvements to its services through improvement planning and through its performance management framework.

We aim to provide services to the public of Torbay which are responsive, reliable and offer value for money. We continuously seek to improve our performance through the processes of planning, monitoring and review.
