Customer Forums

As part of our continual push to improve the services provided by the Council we hold regular forums in which customers are invited along to provide us with valuable feedback and comments on a number of pre arranged topics.
If you would like to be part of our forum panel please print out and complete our application form:

Web Forums

In addition to our Customer Forums we have now set up a Web Forum Panel so that we can consult on all aspects of the website. This consultation will be carried out mainly via the Web and Email and is vital to enable us to continually improve the website and ensure that the services delivered via this medium are the services that our customers want and are easily accessible.
