We aim to make our website available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If for any reason this service will be disrupted, we will notify users in advance via our Home Page, Facebook and Twitter 
.Please remember, there are other factors that could also affect the availability of our website:

- Our hardware and software
- There is currently no planned maintenance
Availability
Availability is defined as the continual ability to "see" the Council's home page. Our target is to ensure our website is available to the public for 97.8% of the time, as a minimum.We use SiteMorse to check the overall website compliance and availability.
