Event Safety a Guide for Event Organisers

This booklet has been produced by the Torbay Public Safety Advisory Group to provide guidance for event organisers when planning an event in Torbay to ensure that the event is held safely.
Any public event poses particular risks and requires a high degree of planning and safety control. This booklet provides basic advice for all events and signposts organisers to more detailed information. Events should be planned well in advance so that more complex issues can be resolved at any early stage.
