Online Licence Application

What is an online application?

An online application constitutes of filling a form online, submitting it online and making an online payment using our secure payment system. Most applications require additional information to complete the application. It is possible to submit those documents online as well as in hard copy. Please note that if additional documentation is sent by post, your application can only be processed once all documentation has been received by the licensing authority.
In the event of a Licensing Act application, Torbay Council will forward copies of applications through to relevant agencies for consultation on your behalf if you submit your application online. However if you decide to print and send or hand in your application, you will need to serve copies to partner agencies yourself, as stated by law.
