EIR - How can I make a request for Environmental Information?

Requests can be made verbally or in writing to the Information Compliance Team. A written request will make it easier for the Council to ensure that the correct information is supplied. This can also be submitted via email to foi@torbay.gov.uk.

Please provide the following details when you make your request:

your name and address - so that we can supply the information
a contact telephone number - in case we have to ask you for further details to enable us to find the information
as much detail as possible to enable us to find the requested information
