The Council uses Ross and Roberts 
Bailiffs as part of its debt recovery process to collect outstanding statutory debts, like , Business Rates and Car Parking fines( Parking Ticket (PCN)) where there is no agreed payment arrangement or if there is an ongoing failure to pay. Ross and Roberts also provide a collection agency service for other monies owed to the Council, for example, Sundry Debts or Housing Benefit Overpayments accounts.
