Torbay’s refreshed Community Plan has been developed and prepared by the Torbay Strategic Partnership on behalf of all the residents of Torbay, building on the previous Community Plan ‘Turning the Tide for Torbay’.It outlines the Partnership’s ambition for Torbay over the next 20 years bringing together the views of residents as well as representatives from the business, community and voluntary sectors.
