School Travel Support

Please Note - As of close of business on Friday 23 December 2011 the Oldway Mansion Reception facility closed. Therefore there is no public access to the Children's Services Transport Team.

For travel pass payments Connections offices are unable to process cash but debit/credit card payments will be taken. You will also need your invoice reference with you in order to make a payment.
The Children’s Services Transport Team is responsible for providing a home to school transport service for Pupils and Students who live in Torbay, are aged between 4 and 19 and who are entitled to help to get to school or college.
For Pupils and Students living outside of Torbay, please contact your Local Authority for further information.
The team is responsible for determining whether a Pupil or Student is entitled to assistance with transport to school and effectively plans and manages the provision of this transport in the most suitable and cost effective way.
To assist parents the team has produced a ‘Torbay Information for Parents’ booklet called TIPS6 (see Related Documents). Please note, this booklet is due to be updated so please refer to the prices on the relevant page and/or application forms.
