Highway Improvement

As the local Highway Authority, Torbay Council is responsible for planning and implementing a range of schemes aimed at improving conditions for motorists, public transport users, cyclist and pedestrians, as well as supporting industry across the county.
The overall strategy and programme is detailed within the Local Transport Plan (LTP).
