- Paignton - New Library and Information Centre, Station Lane – open 9am to 5pm
- Torquay - Castle Circus (opposite Subway) – open 9am to 5pm
- Brixham - Town Hall, New Road – open 9am to 4pm
For travel pass payments Connections offices are unable to process cash but debit/credit card payments will be taken. You will also need your invoice reference with you in order to make a payment.
The Children’s Services Transport Team is responsible for providing a home to school transport service for pupils and students who live in Torbay, are aged between 4 and 19 and who are entitled to help to get to school or college.
For pupils and students living outside of Torbay, please contact your Local Authority for further information.
The team is responsible for determining whether a pupil or student is entitled to assistance with transport to school and effectively plans and manages the provision of this transport in the most suitable and cost effective way.
To assist parents the team has produced a ‘Torbay Information for Parents’ booklet called TIPS6 (see Related Documents).
Please note that following the introduction of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 the TIPS6 booklet was reviewed for the 2008/09 academic year. This review was undertaken because it has introduced further eligibility criteria for children of low income families.
